Terms and Conditions


  • All bookings include up to a 5 minute period for clean up and instruction.
  • Virtual Reality is a physical activity and by participating you acknowledge Virtual Reality Adelaide is not responsible for any injury or incident as a result of failing to follow instruction, using the equipment incorrectly, ignoring safety boundaries or user error such as forgetting that VR isn’t real.
  • Virtual Reality Adelaide is not responsible for any loss of enjoyment due to failure to understand or follow instructions.
  • Regarding our refund policies please keep in mind that late cancellations may prevent other potential groups or bookings from participating – exceptions can be made in the event of an emergency or uncontrollable circumstance at Virtual Reality Adelaide’s discretion.
  • Fridge and Table space is available for the duration of your booking only, as there may be other bookings before or after your booking period. To help VR Staff with running parties efficiently, please ensure you are packed and ready by the end of your booking session.
  • VR ‘Arcade’ refers to the VR in the store, and does not reflect the possession of traditional arcade machines. We do have an additional Nintendo Switch system with Mario Kart available, but this is subject to availability.

Late Arrival

  • Sessions are booked back to back and as such for a full session you must arrive on time, we recommend arriving roughly 5 minutes prior.
  • Arriving late does not provide eligibility for a refund.


  • Please be mindful of your fellow customers and keep language and conversation appropriate as such.
  • Virtual Reality Adelaide is a friendly environment and does not tolerate any kind of abuse towards Staff or customers, anyone behaving in this manner may be asked to leave and is not eligible for a refund.


  • For Individual and Regular bookings, any cancellation with 48 hours of the booking date are not eligible for a refund of deposit.
  • For Group and Party bookings, any cancellation within 7 days of the booking date are not eligible for a refund of deposit.
  • The deposit value is 50% of the total.
  • A voucher for store credit can be arranged in the case of a late cancellation.


  • Bookings may be transferred but are subject to availability.
  • Postponing a booking does not extend the date from which refunds are eligible.
